Assistant Restaurant Manager required for this stunning country inn, offering luxury guest rooms, fine dining restaurant and stylish country pub operation.
Under the helm of a very accomplished and mutli award winning Head Chef the restaurant showcases the best of seasonal produce, mostly taken from their own organic farm. A fantastic menu, giving traditional British dishes and ingredients a modern twist.
The restaurant has an open kitchen, offering great theatre for the diners and is a focal point of the operation. There is also a private dining space for small parties.
As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will be involved in all aspects of the day to day running of this quality restaurant. You will be involved in team management and development, service standards, driving sales, customer relations, stock controls, cash up and daily management duties.
We are looking for an experienced Junior Manager from a quality food operation who has a natural charm and good hosting skills, you must be able to delight the customers and inspire your team.
A good in-depth knowledge of fine food and wines would be a huge advantage and have a genuine love for the ethos of the company.
We are looking for a hands on manager who can deliver quality and consistency.

Due to the rural location it will be essential to have your own transport for this role.
