Asistant Restaurant Manager
An experienced Front of House Manager is required for this exciting new fine dining restaurant opening.
The venue will be part of an already successful, award winning and high quality hospitality business, and is aiming to become on of the best fine dining venues in the Cotswolds.
As Front of House Manager is this restaurant you will be the face and host of the venue, leading and motivating your team to deliver the best service and standards.
You will implement high operating standards and ensure they are maintained through effective training. There will be a key focus on delighting customers and exceeding their expectations through a professional but friendly atmosphere.
During service you will host the restaurant, managing bookings and walk in guests, and ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
You will be the face of the restaurant, building great customer rapport and relations.
Candidates must come from a quality fine dining background, and have previous experience in a similar role. You will be a natural team leader with an eye for detail and exceptional standards. You must have a high level of knowledge on fine foods and wines.
We are looking for a natural host with fantastic people skills and the ability to manage a seamless restaurant service from start to finish.
Short term accommodation can be provided if needed. Your own transport will be essential due to the rural location of this restaurant.
With a great salary up to 30k for the right candidate plus tips and service charge.
Full eligibility to work in the UK is essential to be considered for this role.
