Asistant Restaurant Manager
This vibrant and busy 4 star country hotel is looking to recruit a Food and Beverage Supervisor to strengthen its Food and Beverage Management team.
This popular hotel operates to 2 AA Rosette standards within food and beverage and due to increased business levels will be expanding its restaurant operation in the near future.
As Food and Beverage Supervisor you will be a key part of the F&B Management team. You will be responsible for running quieter shifts in the restaurant and also assisting senior Management at busier times. You will also help run small events and private dining.
You will support in all areas of the day to day running of the restaurant, helping with training junior staff and always ensuring the customers receive an excellent professional but friendly guest experience at all times.
Candidates must have previous experience at supervisor or head waiter level, able to prove team leadership abilities and a real passion for great customer service. A background in high quality restaurant operations is essential along with enthusiasm and a real can do attitude.
