As s Sous Chef in this establishment you will work closely with the Head Chef to ensure a smooth running kitchen to the highest standards at all times. Supporting with the junior staff, helping with stock management and orders, control of kitchen budget and GP, all legal requirements and creating a focused and passionate kitchen team that are proud of the food they deliver.
Candidates will come from a quality fresh food kitchen background, and have a strong food knowledge. You will have strong culinary skills along with great communication and team leadership skills. Previous experience at Sous Chef level is required.

Salary is dependent on experience, 24k to 28k plus annual bonus potential of up to 6k depending on performance. Working week will be a mix of straight and split shifts over 5 days.
