Client Success Manager
Our client is a highly respected and successful provider of Guest Experience Management solutions to the hospitality industry. We are looking to recruit a Client Relationship Manager to join a dynamic team who manage and build the ongoing relationships with the clients. You will be the first point of call for a portfolio of clients, understanding their individual needs and provide the best services the company can offer for them.
You will ensure that your clients are fully engaged and completely satisfied with the services offered. You will ensure you are offering continuous support and updates to make sure they are getting the most out of their business.
You will be based at head office, but will be required to be out and about meeting your clients for at least 3 days per week. This will involve travel across the UK, to ensure your clients are engaged with on a face to face basis.
We are looking for candidates who have general management experience within hospitality operations and have worked for recognised company brands within the UK. You will have excellent communication skills on all levels with the ability to drive revenue, whilst nurturing relationships. You will be a driven self starter who can manage your own work load, well presented and comfortable in both an office and face to face environment.

Working hours based around Monday to Friday. but flexibility will be required at times.
