As Deputy Manager of this venue you will be they key support to the GM, ensuring that the operation runs smoothly and in line with business goals and ideals on a day to day basis.
You will ensure you have happy and focused team who wow the customers, and also manage the business within required budgets and targets.
In the absence of the GM you will take full control of the operation.
The right candidate for this role will be someone with proven Assistant or Deputy Management experience in a busy food lead restaurant or pub operation, who already has strong management understanding and experience.
You must show commitment to the industry, with a steady career path and a real deep down passion for the business. You will be very people driven with good bar and restaurant knowledge and have the desire to grow with the company in the long term.
