Working as Assistant Manager with this company, you will be an integral part of the management team and be responsible for full shift management and be a site key holder. You will ensure that when in charge the operation runs smoothly and efficiently with happy staff and satisfied customers who will return.
You will support with team training, managing budgets and achieving sales targets, you will be responsible for daily cash control and administration, resolving daily issues, dealing with stock and deliveries and anything else that comes your way.
We are looking for candidates who already have some form of supervisory or shift management experience, and are looking for a committed company where they can develop a career long term.
Candidates will come from a quality food lead restaurant or pub background and have good basic knowledge of higher end food and drink operations. You will have the start of a people lead management style, with great interpersonal skills and the desire to exceed customer expectations. Proven job stability and a career driven approach are essential.
