Front Desk Manager
An experienced and guest focused Front Office Manager is required at this leading hotel on Jersey. This is a well established business with a loyal local following as well as attracting many holiday makers, many of whom return year after year.
Customer focus and high end service is very important at this hotel and as Front Office Manager your team will need to ensure every guest that walks into the business has nothing but the best experience.
You will manage reception, porters, nights and reservations, ensuring your team are motivated and empowered to achieve their best. You will oversee all day to day operations, maximise room rates and revenue, organise busy check in and out procedures, train your team, manage department budgets and also undertake Hotel Duty Management.
We are looking for experienced candidates who have a high level of knowledge gained in a similar role. you will have worked at 4 star level and have good knowledge of computerised hotel systems.
You will have a genuine passion for hospitality and service, with strong guest focus and the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
