Our client, a highly regarded and popular 4* hotel operation, is looking for a highly experienced, hands-on and passionate Conference & Banqueting Manager to manage their very busy conference and events operation.
As a Conference and Banqueting Manager, you will be a natural people person, well-presented, confident, with a strong passion for the operation and maintaining high customer service standards. You will get a real kick out of running the department whilst ensuring that standards are maintained at the highest level with no room for error!
This is a hands-on operations role which involves day to day management of the operation. You will need to be very organised, personable whilst leading from the front, motivating and getting the best out of an experienced team.
You will need to be personable, well-presented and confident as a strong representative for the business as not only will you be running the conference and banqueting operation, you will need to have a talent for not only leaving a long-lasting impression but also delivering high quality standards. You will need an enthusiastic, genuine and friendly approach, all whilst ensuring that customer satisfaction and quality standards are of paramount priority.

* 2 years' up to date hands-on conference and banqueting management experience in a hotel setting.
