We are currently looking to recruit a Reception Manager for a South Manchester property; this hotel group has sites across the UK with several new openings in the pipeline.
As Reception Manager you will be responsible for leading, motivating and developing a confident, knowledgeable and flexible reception team which provides an exceptional standard of customer service at all times and meets revenue generation targets through natural upselling and ensuring brand standards are consistently delivered.
- 2+ years’ branded hotel reception management experience
-Be highly attentive to detail
-Exceptional customer service skills
-Manage the hotel lobby area in line with company guidelines.
-Ensure the team provide a personal experience.
-Drive consistently high standards of hospitality.
-Deliver the Reception Team KPI’s consistently throughout the year impacting on the hotel’s overall performance.
