Proactive Hotel Sales Executive
Package: Up to £24,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Location: Manchester Airport

** This proactive and target-driven role will suit a passionate Sales Executive with strong proactive sales and ideally some hospitality experience. Due to the nature of the role we are looking for someone who is a strong researcher, able to generate their own leads and proactively sell to both new and existing clients **

Our client, a highly-regarded hospitality operator, are looking for a highly experienced and proactive Hotel Sales Executive to join their experienced sales team driving the business forward across all functions including rooms, meetings, conferences and events.

As Sales Executive and with the support of an experienced team, you will maximise new business opportunities whilst driving sales growth through existing accounts.The ideal candidate will be well networked within the local market, a tenacious sales professional who has the ability to establish long standing relationships with both corporate clients and booking agents.

In this role no two days will ever be the same and the ability to manage your time effectively whilst focusing on your core goal of growing revenue and market share is key.

As Hotel Sales Executive you will:

· Proactively researching and selling across all business functions including meetings, conferences, events and accommodation.
· Be driven by meeting KPI's and be able to quickly react to changes in the market, suggesting suitable promotions and offers to continually drive business.
· KPIs will be based on various factors for you including appointments booked, clients sourced, show-rounds arranged and revenue.
· Deliver a high standard of service and customer satisfaction in line with company procedures
· Communicate with colleagues and wider hotel teams to ensure everyone is informed of the product offering.
· Support the General Manager in ensuring that the sales team contributes to overall hotel performance targets. In their absence you will have responsibility for the facility.
