Our client, a highly regarded hospitality business are looking for a strong Marketing Manager join their force with strong PR, brand management, product enhancing and strategic brand marketing experience to help, lead and manage their established team in Manchester City Centre.
Although you’ll be working for a big industry name, the business has the internal culture of a small to medium sized group with a nicer closely-knit family feel. The business sports a portfolio of exciting concepts and with an array of new openings scheduled over the next 18 months, the business is growing organically and at an exciting pace. As a Marketing Manager, you will be passionate about delivering innovative digital projects and campaigns, creating promotional marketing material for openings/launches, attending networking events, social media and managing a team highly experienced marketers. You must also have experience of balancing the demand for new work, alongside completing existing tasks and be able to identify trends and insights that will guide decisions across the wider business and all brands. You will be reporting directly to the MD.
The successful candidate will drive customer acquisitions using online tactics (bookings, database subscriptions, social communities and gift card sales), demonstrate a track record of meeting the highest standards of work and share a passion for analysis, reporting and improving ROI for all marketing activity.
? Strong Marketing Manager experience in a cool, high-end hospitality business
? Strong multi-brand knowledge and experience
? Solid social media, networking and experience of conducting digital campaigns
? Have a strong understanding of the of the market in which the business will operate within
? New openings, new concepts and menu launches
? A strong communicator – excellent at developing relationships with the team, senior management and others involved. You must be personable, passionate with a great personality as a representative for the business.
? Be motivated, highly-organised and have previous experience in the role.
? Understand the financial and commercial aspects of the business.
? Be enthusiastic, have a desire to exceed expectations and want to impress and progress.
