Growing successful unique concept restaurant company is looking for a Junior Area Manager to oversee 5 sites within the group.
With restaurants throughout the UK, sites in the process of launching & plans to expand further throughout the UK & also internationally, the company have a unique quality offering that has meant continued success throughout the Covid-19 pandemic & the company have both managed & franchised operations.
The role itself is to oversee 5 restaurant operations of varying sizes taking between 10-20k a week & based throughout the East Midlands and South Yorkshire with a further site based in the South.
The successful candidate will manage performance, recruitment, policies & procedures across their sites, contributing ideas to maintain & improve on performance & processes.
What are we looking for?
·The successful candidate will be a solid, exceptional General Manager or Junior Area Manager or Cluster Manager – looking for progression.
·Must have a background of working for a quality branded restaurant operator with a reputation for strong processes & excellent training.
·Experience of working within a table service environment.
·MUST be based within the East Midlands but happy to travel to other sites where necessary.
·The ability to recruit, train, motivate & support your managers & their teams, working closely with Store Managers to identify ways to maintain & improve service & performance in order to achieve & exceed budget.
·An ‘ideas person’ – We are not looking for a ‘yes’ person & the company has an open-door policy, welcoming well thought out ideas & is open to suggestions of ways in which things can be improved.
·The successful candidate will be committed to ensuring each restaurant provides great service & an excellent guest experience.
·Great interpersonal skills , working ‘with’ and not ‘against’ your managers with the ability to motivate more experienced managers as well as newer employees, gaining respect & commitment & ensuring all teams are supported & developed.

Salary & package:
The starting salary for this role is up to 28k plus company benefits, including laptop, mobile, expenses & there is also bonus after completion of probationary period as well as the chance to grow a career within a multi-site role & for a solid company .
